- Anthropology of the Crowd – 1 credit. This track will study the bike race crowd using the four fields of anthropology (archaeology, biological, linguistic and sociocultural) to discover how they represent the greater diversity of humanity.
- Bicycle Urbanism – 1 credit. Students will evaluate bicycling conditions in Richmond and propose opportunities to make the city more bicycle friendly through improved urban design and public infrastructure (e.g., bike lanes, bridges).

On this same page you’ll notice the “What’s spinning it the rumor mill ” spinning wheel captured below in it’s non-spinning glory. This spot allows users to send any rumors you’ve heard and they’ll post whether it is fact or fiction. So far only three rumors listed but it’ll be interesting to check back as we get closer to the big event.
