First, surely you’ve heard of the USA women’s soccer team’s miraculous and amazing come-from-behind victory in the World Cup Quarterfinals? If not, well you need to watch some highlights, brother.

The USA Women resume their dominate march of extreme crushination through the World Cup tomorrow (July 13th) at noon. Watch it on ESPN or ESPN3.

Holy crap more soccer! And this one has the makings of a cinderella story. Your very own Richmond Kickers are playing pretty darn well in the 2011 US Open Cup. What’s the US Open Cup? Well it’s when teams of from all levels of soccer compete in one massive tournament. It’s be like if we had a baseball postseason involving A, AA, AAA, and MLB.

Well the Kickers have already defeated the MLS Columbus Crew. Tonight they take on Sporting Kansas City at 7:30pm. You can watch it live over on http://www.sportingkc.com/.

The RAMS! Remember when Richmond went totally nuts over Ramnation? AKA, one of the coolest couple of weeks in RVA? Well, those can-do Rams been nominated for an ESPN ESPY award–that’s Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly. Specifically VCU has been nominated for their entire performance in the NCAA tournament in the Best Upset category. Not just one game, their whole tournament run. VCU! GO-RAMS-GO!

You can watch the Rams dominate (again) tomorrow (July 13th) at 9pm on ESPN.
