As of today there are only 10,000 spots available for the Monument 10k. That seems like a lot, for sure. But, check this out: they’ve already signed up 30,000 runners in the couple of months since registration opened. THIRTY THOUSAND.

I’d guess those last 10,000 (one thousand for each ‘k’ in the race) are going to disappear rapidly. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to run, you may want to … get down off that fence?
