Atlantic 10 Tournament schedule announced

12 teams. 11 games. 1 Champion. The Atlantic 10 Tournament will take place March 14th-17th in Brooklyn, NY.

After 256 hard fought games between 16 different teams, the Atlantic-10 regular season is complete. The wins have been tallied and the tie-breakers decided, twelve teams will make the trip to the brand new Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York later this week.

Some teams outpaced expectations while others fell short. With several teams departing after this season, the league did exceptionally well in its sole year in this incarnation. Four to five teams should qualify for the NCAA Tournament with several others going to the NIT, CBI, or CIT.

St. Louis is the regular season champion and #1 seed. Preseason favorite St. Joseph’s is the season’s biggest under performer at minus nine, and Charlotte and La Salle are this season’s biggest over performers at plus three. With the regular season complete, twelve teams get new lives. The only thing that matters now is which team can string together 3/4 Ws and cut down the nets in the house that Jay-Z built.
