Zoe, a 12-year-old black and white border collie mix is missing from her home on New Kent at Dorchester. She is friendly, but hard of hearing. She is wearing a pink collar that has her name and her owner’s name and contact information. If you find her or hear reports of her whereabouts, please contact Peg at 233-0453
