William Byrd Community House Annual Community Carnival on Friday
Family fun for all from 4:00 to 7:30 PM.
William Byrd Community House will host its Annual Community Carnival on Friday, September 12, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This FREE family-friendly event is open to the public.
WBCH Executive Director, Shelia Givens, says, “Carnival provides the perfect opportunity to close out our summer programming and celebrate the start of a new school year. We are doubling our preschool enrollment this year and we look forward to welcoming all the new children and parents into the William Byrd family”.
Carnival is held at 980 Idlewood Avenue, on the athletic field behind WBCH main facility. Street parking is available on Idlewood Avenue, Grayland Avenue and Cherry Street. Parking also available on the grass lawn in front of the Grace Arents Community Garden at Idlewood and Linden.
In case of inclement weather Carnival will be held inside their main facility at 224 S. Cherry Street, 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm.
