Vote for the best Elementary School rain barrel
An idea that’s all wet and that’s a good thing.
Earlier this year Richmond elementary schools combined art and watershed improvements with a creative rain barrel project. The city of Richmond Department of Utilities has now opened voting and you can chime in on which you think has the Best Environmental Message and which is the Most Creative. I’m leaning toward the Warhol inspired Bellevue for most creative.
