Victoria Jewelers employee killed during store robbery

On Monday, May 5 at approximately 4:00 PM, the RPD responded to a robbery and homicide at Victoria Jewelers on the 300 block of E. Broad Street.

On Monday, May 5 at approximately 4:00 PM, the RPD was called to Victoria Jewelers on the 300 block of E. Broad Street. When police arrived on the scene, they found a male employee dead from an apparent gunshot wound. Police have identified the employee as Muhammad H. Baig, 29, of Henrico County.
