Up to $25,000 in grants available for local startup

With $90,000 total in grants available this year.

Over the last three years SEED (Supporting East End Entrepreneurship Development) Grants have funded 14 business and put $150,000 back into the East End community.

This year Bon Secours has upped their contribution and has been joined by Capital One bringing the total to $90,000 in SEED grants this year. They are looking to offer one or more SEED grants of up to $25,000 to startup businesses located or looking to land in Church Hill.

The final day for businesses to submit their applications is Friday, August 29th. Applications can be found online at www.eastendvision.org or www.virginialisc.org.

The SEED program is just one aspect of the vision that Bon Secours has for the East End. We discussed the overall vision earlier this year.
