Three-way stop signs coming to S. Sheppard Street and Maplewood Avenue

Stop.

The following tidbit was in Parker Angelsato’s 5th District Newsletter.

After further review of the intersection of S. Sheppard Street and Maplewood Avenue, the City’s Traffic Engineers have supported the installation of an all-way stop. This effort was supported by the Carrilon Civic Association, John B. Cary Elementary School, Richmond Little League, and Parks and Recreation. The new signs should be installed on S. Sheppard Street in the next few weeks.

The intersection is the one you see above and can be quite tricky when it’s little league is in full swing or near-by events have crowded the area.
