Three injured in fire
Fire occurred around 6:30 this morning.
Three people were injured in a house fire Wednesday morning, according to Richmond fire officials.
It happened around 6:30 a.m. in the 6800 block of La Veta Drive, located near Chippenham Hospital.
Crews say it appeared to have started in the attic, and it was marked under control at 6:56 a.m.
The three people injured in the house fire were taken to the hospital. We are working to find out an update on their injuries.
