The Great Leaf Dam of Westover Hills
It stretches as far as the eye can see and soon will support it’s own eco-system of fish.
Leaf Collection
Leaf collection has been temporarily suspended due to inclement weather. Please check back at a later date, as the revised schedule will be posted when the service resumes.

“Rake leaves to the property line.” If anyone ever bothered to follow this rule, their leaves would most likely NEVER be removed by the City.
“Property line” is very different from “curbside” (not on the street) which is what the writer meant, I assume. In Richmond, many property lines do not even extend to the sidewalk. Small point and it makes no difference anyway. People will continue to put leaves in the street until the city stops removing them from there and only vacuums where it says it should. And I’m too bored to continue…I,m going out now to get a life.
