RPD on the lookout for graffiti suspect

At approximately 12:37 p.m. on Friday, July 15, officers were called for vandalism in the 40 block of South Davis Avenue. Witnesses reported several trucks and fencing with graffiti in the area.

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the suspect in the above photo and video who vandalized several pieces of property near South Davis Avenue and Cary Street last week.

At approximately 12:37 p.m. on Friday, July 15, officers were called for vandalism in the 40 block of South Davis Avenue. Witnesses reported several trucks and fencing with graffiti in the area.

The suspect is described as a white male with dark hair and a possible beard. He is approximately 18 to 22 years old, 5’8” to 5’10” in height and weighs approximately 160 to 180 pounds. At the time of the incident, he was riding a street bike with a flat rack and was possibly wearing a bike courier backpack. He fled the scene heading toward Robinson Street.
