RPD looking for missing 86 year old woman

From RPD:
The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding an 86-year-old woman.
Eulalia L. Winston was last seen in the 1900 block of Q Street on Wednesday.
Winston possibly suffers from dementia and may be disoriented or appear confused.
Winston is black, 5 feet 2 inches tall and about 185 pounds, and has gray hair. She was last seen wearing a brown jacket, orange pants, blue socks and blue tennis shoes.Anyone who sees Winston or has information about her whereabouts is asked to call the First Precinct at (804) 646-3602 or the department nonemergency number, (804) 646-5100.
