Roundabout tree falls to vandal’s axe
If a tree falls in a roundabout and nobody is there to hear it…….
Neighbors on the Westover Hills Neighborhood Association Facebook page noticed that the tree in the roundabout on New Kent and Riverside had fallen victim to vandalism. The time frame for the attack has been narrowed to between 11:00 PM Saturday and 7:00 AM Sunday. Regardless of how one feels about roundabouts it seems a bit harsh to take it out on the trees.
