Richmond Young Writers hosting their first event and it involves donuts
Drop by and say hi or bring your own young Richmond writer.
We are SO EXCITED to host our first-ever event in the new space! The $15 reward level from our Kickstarter campaign (which raised over $11,000 with $6,500 goal) was a hand-written postcard by a young writer, so our first event will be a postcard-writing extravaganza. And, to make it even sweeter, Dixie Donuts will be providing a giant stack of treats specially created just for us!
All we need from you is a quick reply to this email saying ‘We’ll be there’! You’re more than welcome to come even if you don’t reply; we’re just trying to assess how many folks to expect so that we get all the postcards written. Please feel free to drop your young writer off for a bit that day if that works best for you! The details are as follows:
