  1. Any idea why the 1st 4 are being held? Has everyone been arraigned yet?

Oct. 31 at 1am. Late Sunday night, maybe, but definitely early Monday morning.

  3. @Alix, thanks I got my dates switched around. I’ve updated the text.

  4. Arraignment was today for some and Monday for others. Looks like the ones being held either have records or wanted to argue with the magistrate. One has a conviction for disorderly conduct @ a hospital and some of the others have various alcohol charges.

An earlier report suggested that the jailed protesters were asked if they would return to Kanawha Plaza if released. They affirmed that they would return and are now being held. I cannot find that report now.It has also been reported in the RTD that at least 2 of them *may *have had some previous minor brushes with the law that may have led to bond denial. Still quite excessive, IMHO!

As of right now, four are held. Only two of them have priors–that include failure to appear. One was released Monday on $1500 bond, and another one was released at $500 bond–interesting that he was originally given no bond and then it was set at $500.
