Prevention Services To Host Adhd/add Skill-building Workshop In July
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Chesterfield County Prevention Services, a division of the Mental Health Support Services Department, will offer a skill-building workshop this summer for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder/attention deficit disorder. The workshops will be held on Mondays from July 6 through July 27 at LaPrade Library, 9000 Hull Street Road. These group sessions will help children to better understand ADHD/ADD and develop skills for success. Topics will include organizing, staying focused, thinking before acting and managing feelings.
