Police seek wallet thief

On the evening of March 2, the victim reported that her wallet had been taken from her purse earlier that day while she was at work in the 6700 block of Forest Hill Avenue.

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the person in the attached photo, who is a suspect in a larceny that occurred March 2.

On the evening of March 2, the victim reported that her wallet had been taken from her purse earlier that day while she was at work in the 6700 block of Forest Hill Avenue. Around 10:30 a.m. that day, she saw someone leaving her office, but nothing appeared to have been tampered with inside the room. She later noticed her wallet was missing from inside her purse.

The suspect is described as a tall black male wearing a black hoodie and baseball hat. He was seen leaving the area in a silver car.
