Police seek suspect in robbery and aggravated assault

Although wanted in Henrico the suspect is known to frequent Gilpin Court.

Henrico Police need assistance locating a man wanted in connection to robbery and aggravated assault. Howard Curtis Willis is wanted for robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, malicious wounding, conspiracy to commit malicious wounding, and assault. Cook is a 32 year old black male, 6’1”, weighing approximately 165 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and a tattoo on his right arm. Willis is known to frequent the Gilpin Court area.

The robbery occurred on September 20, 2015, in the 3800 block of Elfstone Lane. Willis, and an accomplice, forced their way into a residence, assaulted two victims, and took currency.

Henrico County Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Willis.
