Police seek missing man

The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man, Adam J. Cruz. Cruz suffers from mental health issues for which he is prescribed several medications. His photo is attached.
Cruz, 27, of the 3400 block of Chamberlayne Avenue, has been missing for several days.
Cruz is a black male, six feet tall and approximately 250 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He walks with a slight limp.
Cruz may be wearing women’s clothing. He has been known to answer to the name, “Chelsea”.
Anyone with information about Adam Cruz is asked to call Major Crimes Detective William Thompson at (804) 646-3925 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
