Lock it up, unless you don’t want it.

In case you need another reminder to not leave valuables in your car and to lock your car. Here you go.

At around 3 a.m. Monday morning, a K9 officer noticed a black male trying to gain entry into a dark colored SUV parked in the 5200 block of Devonshire. The officer finally was able to stop the 20-ish year old male after a small chase. The man had several cell phones, chargers, and blue tooth devices on him as well as $10 in change. He is being arrested for auto tampering unless they can officially link any of the phones to a theft. Please call the Police if you are missing anything.

And now for the reminder to lock your shed from William on the Forest Hill Neighborhood Facebook.

Just reported a theft from a shed on 43rd. Short, middle aged black male, navy blue clothing stole a weed whacker. Lock your stuff up.
