More apartments on the way for Shockoe
A nine-story building off 19th Street between Cary and Main streets
Historic Housing, a Richmond development company, is putting up a nine-story building off 19th Street between Cary and Main streets.
The building will have 76 one- and two-bedroom units and parking on the first floor in the back of the building. More parking will be available at a nearby apartment building.
The roof will have a deck, gathering place and garden.
