sickening- but so reflective of the culture that seems to be evolving in the world. TV shows that encourage insults and even physical attacks. Best selling novel that equates pain with sex. Cage fighting, ever more brutal spectator sports -football, hockey basketball. Politics are about hating the nasty selfish people on one side of the polarization and lazy “takers” on the other. I saw a picture once where the devil was leading this Orchestra of chaos and cruelty and laughing maniacally-and when I read and view the news my mind recalls that picture and makes me ponder…….Why are we- the supposed dominant, intelligent species on our beautiful little planet authoring our own misery and possible extinction? I arrived with World War Two and I fear I will see no improvement over that state-I wish Humanity could simply treat others as they themselves would wish to be treated. Seems so simple-why can’t we do this? Why? Why? Why?
