Lost older female dog. Black and white medium size mix. Responds to Isabella or any type of food. Very sweet and approachable. Last seen Thursday night Aug. 21 around Forest Hill & Jahnke Rd. Please contact Paul 804 677 2727.

There was a picture posted on Twitter yesterday morning reporting a dog running around at Pony Pasture that matches her description. The dog pictured had white marking on the front paws, but I can’t tell from this one posted if Isabella has white front paws or not.
@Ellen- I took that picture of the loose dog at Pony Pasture- unfortunately it does not look like the same dog. The dog down by the park had one bright blue eye and seemed to be a younger male with more white markings. No collar or tags, and he seemed lost so I fear someone may have abandoned him, which often happens down at the park. He was down there for a few hours so hopefully someone found him! ( I tried to approach but he was a bit fearful and growled at me)
Poor Miss Isabella. I hope her family finds her soon. I take it there are no tags — every dog needs them so they can be returned more quickly.
