GRTC meeting Tuesday to consider $9.126 million offer on Bus Barn
It will be interesting to see what becomes of the massive property.

The Board of Directors of GRTC Transit System will meet at 8:00 am on Tuesday, September 15, at 301 East Belt Boulevard.
The agenda includes the disposition of property located at 101 S. Davis Avenue (aka the GRTC Bus Barn). The GRTC Board of Directors will decide on the “Purchase and Sale Agreement with DKJ Richmond LLC for $9,126,000 for the sale of property located at 101 S. Davis Avenue in Richmond, VA.”
As part of the negotiated terms, DKJ Richmond LLC will conduct at least 2 public meetings in order to share their redevelopment
plan and solicit feedback from the community. DKJ will follow the City of Richmond notification process for similar zoning matters. These public meetings are required prior to closing, which could occur in November 2015.Any questions or comments can be submitted to the GRTC Executive office at 804-358-3871, ext. 347.
