Fatal shooting on Patrick Avenue
The shooting occurred late Tuesday evening.

Police are investigating the death of a man who they believe was shot inside a vehicle that then traveled a few blocks before hitting a parked car in the 3500 block of Patrick Avenue in North Richmond late Tuesday.
Detectives were collecting evidence and canvassing the area early today after being called to the scene at 11:53 p.m., Richmond police said in a news release.
The victim was described as a man in his early 30s. Police are investigating the death as a homicide.
