Fas Mart robbed Sunday, photo released

This same store was robbed on the 27th.

A Fas Mart in south Richmond was robbed Sunday morning. No injuries were reported.

The robber approached the counter at the convenience store in the 1200 block of Westover Hills Boulevard around 11:45 a.m. and asked for cigarettes, Richmond police Lt. Jason Hudson said.

The suspect then displayed a weapon, demanded money and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, he said.

At the same store on Aug. 27, a man robbed an employee at gunpoint. Police said he fled on foot after taking an undisclosed amount of cash.
