Remember: Spring forward on Sunday

No, your phones and other electronic devices aren’t conspiring against you–it’s time to “spring forward” this weekend.

Daylight Saving Time occurs this Sunday, when most US clocks move forward one hour beginning at 2:00 AM. We may lose sleep, but we’ll get an extra hour of sunlight!

It was President Franklin D. Roosevelt who instituted Daylight Saving Time during World War II,1 although Daylight Saving Time, in its modern form, came about at the beginning of the 20th Century.
