Do you recognize this critter?
From Westover Hills Stray Watch:
A stray male dog (see photo attached) was found this morning in the alley between the 4600 blocks of Sylvan and King William near Cedar Lane. He is now in protective custody. His right ear is missing and the areas around the missing ear and his right leg have been shaven, indicating that he has had surgery recently. He is gentle and loving, but has no collar or visible identification.
