Design Sponge visits Richmond for 24 Hours

But you already know about all this cool stuff right?

Although one bit of information are out of date (R.I.P. back door dogs, all praise soon to open Stroops) this is an interesting look at our city. Some of the spots they hit include:  Sub Rosa Bakery,  Era Vintage,  Proper Pie Co., Lamplighter, Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Heritate, and others

Design Sponge:

Ardent Craft Ales has a patio and would make an excellent first stop. Make the most of your RVA sunset, though, and head to Hardywood Park Craft Brewery and grab a six pack of cans (this is really important) and take an Uber to Brown’s Island. Walk across the pedestrian bridge to Belle Isle and watch the sun set over the rapids — which you can tackle in a kayak or raft during your next visit — and enjoy a local beer (in a can).
