RVA Pilates is pleased to announce that it is celebrating it’s One Year Anniversary! Please join RVA Pilates for light refreshments and an opportunity to do exercises on a Pilates Reformer and other equipment. If you like Pilates Mat classes, you will love Pilates Reformer workouts! By working out on Pilates equipment you will improve your strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and sense of well-being.
