Body recovered from canal identified
Cause of death is unknown, foul play is not suspected.
Police have identified the body found in the canal yesterday.
The Richmond Police Department has identified the body found yesterday in the Kanawha Canal as Walee A. Hagg, 31, no permanent address.
Hagg was last seen by his family when he visited them in Midlothian, VA late last week.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
At this point, investigators have found no evidence of foul play.
