Blanchard’s Coffee Roasting Housewarming Party

Are you ready to party? Mark the 29th on your calendar and get ready to get down with coffee folk.

Blanchard’s made the move to North of the river awhile back and since the move they’ve been working on making the new space home. They’ve achieved their goal and now they’re ready to party.

Blanchard’s Coffee Roasting Co. celebrates the completion of its new Richmond, Virginia roasting facility, education lab, and event space with a housewarming party, open to the public on 29 July 2016 from 7-10pm.

Blanchard’s Coffee Roasting Co., a Richmond, Virginia based craft coffee roaster founded by Richmond native, David Blanchard, in 2005, roasts coffee for wholesale clients from New York to Miami, as well as online retail sales throughout the US and abroad. Previously located in Old Manchester, Blanchard’s moved its production operation to 1903 Westwood Avenue in the Rosedale neighborhood of Richmond in November of 2015. The company now welcomes friends, family and all coffee lovers to celebrate the completion of its new 6,000+ sq/ft roasting facility.

To help celebrate its grand opening, Blanchard’s Coffee Roasting Co. will feature Ardent Craft Ales, Belle Isle Spirits, Roaring Pines craft sodas, and music courtesy of Spacebomb Records. Additionally, pizzas by River City Wood Fire and ice cream by Boyer’s Ice Cream, will be available for purchase during the event.

Blanchard’s will also use the occasion to launch its latest, and most special coffee release to date, the Panama Giesha Los Lajones, a rare and highly desirable coffee. The Los Lajones Giesha will be available to sample during the party and a limited amount will be available for sale on a first come, first served basis.

Blanchard’s Coffee Roasting Co. asks that attendees RSVP via the Facebook Event Page. All ages welcome and the event is free to attend – rain or shine.
