Bill Clinton to visit RVA this Sunday

The former president will visit a local high school.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that former president Bill Clinton will stump for gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe at an event this Sunday at Richmond Community High School at 4:45 PM.

Former President Bill Clinton will campaign with Democratic gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe on Sunday at Richmond Community High School as part of a multiday swing.

Clinton will also make stops in Dale City and Hampton on Sunday and then Norfolk and Blacksburg on Monday.

Additional events will be announced as part of the “Putting Jobs First” tour the campaign said.

The Richmond event will be held at 4:45 p.m. Sunday at Richmond Community High School at 201 E. Brookland Park Blvd.

Tickets will be available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Democratic Party of Virginia Office at 1710 East Franklin St. in Richmond.
