The original Lamplighter has rightfully earned a place in the hearts of many Fan dwellers. It should be praised simply for the fact it brought Country Style Donuts into the city borders but that is my own bias shining through. The new VCU Lamplighter (26 N. It’s too bad, because the sandwiches are incredibly well thought out with some dead-on repeats from Lamplighter’s first location on Addison.

It should be noted that their coffee and espresso drinks are always some of the best in town no matter which location you visit.
