Something fishy going on in Church Hill
Specifically a fish sandwich takeout spot.
Marion Hawk plans to open Jus’ Fish in April at 1000 N. 25th St. in Church Hill. Hawk said she has a one-year lease on the small triangular space.
Jus’ Fish isn’t just the restaurant’s name – it’s also the menu. Hawk said Jus’ Fish will sell only fish sandwiches for takeout.
“I believe you do one thing and you do it well,” Hawk said.
