RTD sings the praises of Millie’s

I hope the essence of Millie’s remains exactly the same for another 25 years.

Dana Craig is putting the cap on her food review pen but as a last review goes to perennial dining legend Millie’s. I can’t argue with one single word in this RTD review.

Spurring Millie’s longtime success is that the staff is symbiotic in its passion. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a seasoned regular, each staff member’s collective respect for both co-workers and customers makes the experience even better.

My last visit was no different. When we told our server how much we enjoyed our meal, she was quick to praise “the guys in the kitchen.” On our way out, the bartender stopped mid-joke with another server to wish us a good evening.

I know the staff and menu will change with the coming years, but for Richmond’s sake, I hope the essence of Millie’s remains exactly the same for another 25 years.
