RTD dines at Sang Jun Thai

I’m of the opinion that there can’t be too many Thai food restaurants.

From RTD:

Yellow curry with veggies ($10.95) has bite. Cubes of soft potato and crunchy carrots are cooked in a sweet-and-spicy broth with coconut milk. When I ordered the dish during a recent lunch outing, our server asked for my spice preference on a level of 1 to 4. I went with 2 and found myself in need of a palate cooler.

The chef’s specialties menu includes spicy tilapia in mango sauce ($15.95), a large fillet of batter-fried lean white fish with stir-fried chilies, garlic, bell peppers, basil and cashew nuts in a sweet-and-sour mango sauce, served over rice.
