RTD dines at Mbargo
A unique option for Rocketts Landing.
The market side of Mbargo carries wine, craft beer and dry goods, filling a food mart void for residents of Rocketts Landing; the restaurant side offers an inexpensive place for happy hour (from 3 to 7 p.m., $4 glasses of wine and beer specials) and to grab a filling, well-priced meal.
Mbargo (4821 Old Main St.) was formerly M Bistro and Wine Bar. In October they reinvented themselves as a restaurant and market, specializing in Mediterranean influenced fare and deli items, including antipasti and pizzas. Judging by the pictures they’ve posted I need to get out there and try some pizza.
