  • Baked veal and ricotta meatballs with basil and garlic San Marzano tomato sauce over linguine
  • Baked beef tenderloin meatloaf with Vidalia onion red pepper relish, bacon mashed potatoes and French green beans
  • Coastal Carolina shrimp and grits with roasted garlic butter and tasso ham gravy
  • Seared amber jack with lemon rosemary vinaigrette, green beans and roasted potatoes
  • Rigatoni arugula tomato confit ricotta sauce and cracked black pepper
