- Traditional Caesar Salad:romaine, caesar dressing, parmesan and croutons
- Fried Green Tomatoes: jalapeno pimento cheese, micro greens
- Chesapeake Crab Dip: artichoke hearts, cream cheese and crab meat with fried flour tortilla chips
Course Two
Choose one
- Cuban Roast Pork: mojo marinated roast pork, black beans and white rice
- Crispy Fried Oysters: red skinned mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, Chesapeake remoulade
- Low Country Shrimp and Grits: sautéed shrimp, cheddar cheese grits and applewood smoked bacon, scallion
- Cast iron Seared Filet Mignon: port wine demi glaze, mashed redskin potatoes, grilled asparagus
- Pan Seared Crab Cakes: key lime remoulade, mashed red skin potatoes, grilled asparagus
