  • Traditional Caesar Salad:romaine, caesar dressing, parmesan and croutons
  • Fried Green Tomatoes: jalapeno pimento cheese, micro greens
  • Chesapeake Crab Dip: artichoke hearts, cream cheese and crab meat with fried flour tortilla chips

Course Two

Choose one

  • Cuban Roast Pork: mojo marinated roast pork, black beans and white rice
  • Crispy Fried Oysters: red skinned mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, Chesapeake remoulade
  • Low Country Shrimp and Grits: sautéed shrimp, cheddar cheese grits and applewood smoked bacon, scallion
  • Cast iron Seared Filet Mignon: port wine demi glaze, mashed redskin potatoes, grilled asparagus
  • Pan Seared Crab Cakes: key lime remoulade, mashed red skin potatoes, grilled asparagus
