- Steak tartar a la Mexico, avocado, hibiscus, huitlacoche, house made tortillas
Course Two
Choose one
- Salmon, sunchoke puree, grilled radicchio, balsamic honey glaze, mint oil
- Rare ahi tuna, sashimi grade, ramp ratatouille
- Lamb ragu, grilled polenta, braised fennel
- Roasted chicken breast, roasted potatoes, mole sauce
- Buccatini pasta, mushrooms, swiss chard, parmesan
- Depending on availability: pan fried soft shell crabs

Choose one
- Strawberry & rhubarb gazpacho, French toast, vanilla mint ice cream
- Chocolate espresso mousse, almond biscotti
- Rice pudding, pistachio, cinnamon, citrus
- Honey vanilla panna cotta, seasonal fruit
