  • Steak tartar a la Mexico, avocado, hibiscus, huitlacoche, house made tortillas

Course Two

Choose one

  • Salmon, sunchoke puree, grilled radicchio, balsamic honey glaze, mint oil
  • Rare ahi tuna, sashimi grade, ramp ratatouille
  • Lamb ragu, grilled polenta, braised fennel
  • Roasted chicken breast, roasted potatoes, mole sauce
  • Buccatini pasta, mushrooms, swiss chard, parmesan
  • Depending on availability: pan fried soft shell crabs

Course Three

Choose one

  • Strawberry & rhubarb gazpacho, French toast, vanilla mint ice cream
  • Chocolate espresso mousse, almond biscotti
  • Rice pudding, pistachio, cinnamon, citrus
  • Honey vanilla panna cotta, seasonal fruit
