Course Two (Choose One):
- 6oz sirloin sliced on a bias and finished with a demi-glace. Served with acorn squash risotto and sautéed broccolini.
- Oven roasted salmon pan-seared and finished with a shittake-ginger cream sauce. Served with scallion white rice and sautéed baby bok choy.
- Seafood pasta steamed mussels and baby shrimp in a lemon grass white wine broth. Served over linguine pasta.
- Pan seared chicken breast finished with an apple & pear chutney. Served with fingerling potatoes and steamed vegetables
Course Three (Choose One):
- Chocolate flan served in a caramel sauce
- Three layer coconut cake finished with a citrul coulis
