  • Arugula Salad: sun dried tomatoes, roasted mushroom, manchego, extra virgin olive oil

Course Two (Choice of one entrée or two tapas):

Entrées

  • Crab stuffed shrimp wrapped in pancetta over herb, roasted zucchini and sundried tomato risotto and basil oil
  • Pan seared grouper with potato gnocchi, whole roasted fennel, tomatoes leek cream
  • Braised pulled pork shoulder with sweet potato mash, fennel apple salad and sherry mustard cream
  • Grilled hangar steak with baby potatoes, arugula, balsamic reduction, crispy mushrooms and Gorgonzola cream
  • Vegetarian lasagna with mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, onions, mozzarella

Tapas

  • Sautéed mussels with white wine, bacon, gorgonzola and herb broth
  • Seared rare tuna with raisin caper tapenade, cilantro crème fraiche
  • Fried calamari with pancetta, banana pepper, tomato aioli
  • Glazed boneless short ribs with crispy leeks, cherry demi glace
  • Duck flatbread served with fig, parmesan, arugula, roasted shallot-garlic oil
  • Spanish meats and cheeses: dry chorizo, Serrano ham, cured pork loin, manchego, idiazibal, mahon, valdeon
  • Vegetable risotto: roasted tomato, sweet peas, asparagus, Parmesan
  • Hummus du jour with grilled pita bread and pickled vegetables
