Some people are never content to order straight off the menu. They’ll substitute this, add more of that, all in an effort to make the meal uniquely there own. Sometimes the request is reasonable; more often they are misguided and a pain for the kitchen.

My Noodle is giving you the chance to work with, not against, a chef and provide input on a dish that could end up on the menu.

Starring this Wednesday, March 12th, Chef Joe will present a test dish as part of Noodle Lab. You’ll give him feedback on what you thought of the meal.

Nothing in life is free, and neither is the Noodle. Most dishes will be offered at $10.50 and, if it’s seafood based, it’ll be $14.50. Dinner can also switch over to the regular menu if the Lab dish is an immediate turn off.

To take part call 804.308.1613 to book a spot and then keep an eye on @mynoodleandbar and Facebook (which is where I found out about this) for clues of what will be showing up on your plate.
