Lady N’awlins hosting first annual Voodoo Street Fest this Saturday

NOLA traditions come to the streets of The Fan this weekend at Stafford and Main.

What could be a more appropriate day to get your voodoo on than the Day of the Dead?

Lady N’awlins Cajun Café will bring the traditions of NOLA to RVA as they shut down Stafford Avenue this Saturday, November 1st for their first annual Voodoo Street Fest.

The street festival kicks off at 3:00 PM and runs through 10:00 at South Stafford and West Main in The Fan. Six local and regional bands will perform, including Creep-A-Zoids, KOCO, Gorilla Panic, The Wet Boys, and Tucker Condrey, plus headliner Everyman at 9:00 PM.

The Lady’s kitchen staff will be serving up streetside gumbo by the bowl, and there will be psychic readings, face painting, and lots of Abita beer, according to organizers.

Admission is $10 at the gate; 21 and up only.
