  • Emperor snapper–Finished with a passion fruit and crab relish, served with quinoa mushroom rissotto and asparagus.
  • Marinated pork tenderloin milanesas–Finished with spiced roasted tomatoes and watercress served with white beans and baby carrots.
  • Pan seared jerk chicken–Finished with a mango salsa and served with Argentina rice and asparagus.
