Here are three things you need to know about Hardywood Gingerbread Stout:
- Gingerbread Stout Pre-release Bottle Sale – Friday November 7th – GBS will be available from 9:00 – 10:30 PM in 750mL bottles (
eightfour bottle limit per person) to go only, along with a selection of other seasonal merchandise. The lines will be cut off at 10:30 PM, and there will be no on-site consumption.
- Hardywood Gingerbread Stout 2014 Release! – Saturday November 8th – Four bands, food trucks, and lots of people talking about beer. Starts at 2:00 PM.
- Hardywood Gingerbread Stout is pretty darn tasty – 100 Score (out of 100), Beer Advocate Magazine – April 2012, Silver – 2012 Virginia Beer Cup in theDark Beer Category, Bronze in 2012 World Beer Cup, Herb and Spice Beer Category, and “Tastes like freagin’ Christmas in a bottle…” – Todd and Jason Allström, BeerAdvocate

I feel a little guilty contributing to the hype machine that is this brew but I also wouldn’t want any of our loyal readers to miss out.
